At Aarti’s Yoga & Fitness Academy, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines our practices for cancellations and refunds.

1. Class Cancellations by Clients

Individual Classes: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
Packages and Memberships: Refunds for unused classes in a package or membership are available if requested within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but unused classes may be credited toward future sessions.

2. Cancellations by Aarti’s Yoga & Fitness Academy

Class Cancellations: If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Service Modifications: If we need to modify the time, date, or location of a class, you will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund.

Special Programs and Workshops: Payments for special programs, workshops, and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
